My constant struggle to stay away from baked goods just got a little easier! I came across The Live in Kitchen’s cookie dough post and OMGOSH! It’s so good! It’s quick, it’s simple, and it’s 21 Day Fix approved! Bonus: I made a peanut butter version with PB2! Everything is better with peanut butter, lol.
21 Day Fix count: 1 yellow, 2 tsp
1 tbs melted coconut oil
1 tbs real maple syrup
3 tbs whole wheat flour (or whatever flour you are using these days)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp mini chocolate chips
